NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on April 9, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City-Initiated Grading and Slope Text Amendment for the purpose of amending various sections of Draper City Municipal Code Titles 9 and 17 to modify the regulations pertaining to grading, slopes, and retaining walls on properties and rights-of-way. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
