NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on March 12, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development for a Development Agreement, known as the Big Willow Creek 2nd Amendment Development Agreement, located at approximately 491 West 11450 South, for the purpose of authorizing deviations to Draper City Municipal Code Title 9 Land Use and Development standards in regards to density allocation and minimum lot size.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on March 12, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
