NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on January 21, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Keaton Morton representing X Development to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial, and to change the zoning from RA2 (Residential 20,000 square foot minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial). The subject property contains 0.99 acre and is located at 681 E. Pioneer Rd. and 12388 S. 700 E.
