NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 9, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Mike Gabel, representing Silverhawk Enterprises. for a Zone Change, known as the Silverhawk Subdivision Rezone, located at approximately 1110 East 13200 South and 13260 South 1162 East, for the purpose of amending the zoning designation from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimums) to RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot lot minimums).
