NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 12, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Christine Kremer and Bret Steel, for a Text Amendment, known as the Draper Academy TC Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-11-110 to allow a private school with up to 15 students within the TC (Town Center) zone.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on December 12, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
