NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on November 19, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Keaton Morton representing X Development to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial, and to change the zoning from RA2 (Residential 20,000 square foot minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial). The subject property contains 0.99 acre and is located at 681 E. Pioneer Rd. and 12388 S. 700 E. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on November 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 576-6328.
