NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on November 14, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Paul Gilbert for a Text Amendment, known as the Beus Billboard Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending DCMC Sections 9-26-303 and 9-26-120 and creating Section 9-26-075 titled Permitted Off Premise Permanent Signs.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on November 14, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
