NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on October 8, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Alan Melchior, for a Text Amendment, known as the Draper Wingate Hotel Text Amendment, located at approximately 12361 South Minuteman Dr., for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-18A-040 to allow commercial buildings in the CSD-DP zone to have a building height of 55-feet.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on October 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
