NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 12, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Keaton Morton to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial, and to change the zoning from RA2 (Residential ½-Acre Minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial). The subject property contains 0.99 acre and is located at 681 E. Pioneer Rd. and 12388 S. 700 E. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on September 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
