NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 27, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Mineral Extraction Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-13-080 Table 9-13-1 in order to change Mineral Extraction from a Conditional Use to a Not Permitted Use within the M2 (Major Manufacturing) zone.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 27, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
