NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on June 18, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Pet Sales Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-3-040, 9-9-080, 9-10-090, 9-11-110, 9-13-080, and 9-14-050 in order to create or amend use definitions for pet sales, cattery, kennel, and animal breeder and amend the use charts to allow or prohibit such uses.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 18, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
