NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 13, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Justin Atwater to change the zoning designation from A5 (Agricultural five-acre minimum) to RM2 (Residential Multifamily up to 12 units per acre), to change the land use designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density, and to adopt a Development Agreement that proposes to vary from the private road standard outlined in the city code. The subject property contains 9.81 acres and is located at 12197 S. 300 E. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
