NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on March 28, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by John Bechard to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential, and to change the zoning from RA1 (Residential One-Acre Minimum) to R3 (Residential Third-Acre Minimum). The subject property contains 5.29 acres and is located at 13254, 13276, 13294, 13296, 13310 and 13322 S. 1300 E. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on March 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
