NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on March 14, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development, LLC for a Zone Change and Land Use Map Amendment and Development Agreement Amendment, known as the Big Willow Phase 6 Zone Change, Land Use Map Amendment, and Development Agreement Amendment, for the purpose of amending the Zoning Map from RA2 and RA1 to R4 and RM2 and to amend the Land Use Map from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density and Residential High Density to the properties located at 527 W, 491 W, 445 W 11400 S totaling 18.58 acres. The application will also amend an existing Development Agreement.
