NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on January 8, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Street Vacation and Plat Amendment, known as the Lone Peak Parkway Vacation Plat Amendment, at approximately 13102 South 135 West for the purpose of vacating right-of-way that is no longer needed after the realignment and improvement to the Lone Peak Parkway. This will affect the following plats: TK Acres Amended No. 2, TK Acres Amended, Greenfield Farms Phase 2, and Ikea Retail Subdivisions.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on January 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
