The Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of Draper City has entered into an Interlocal agreement with Central Utah Water Conservancy District (District) for the South Mountain Community Reinvestment Area Project. The Interlocal agreement allows the RDA to receive 70% of the tax increment collected behalf of the District from the project area and to use the tax increment for the purposes of paying for infrastructure improvements, housing, job creation and administration. The term of the agreement is 20 years.
Pursuant to Utah Code 17C-5-205, the RDA hereby gives notice of the Interlocal agreement which is available for public inspection in the office of the Agency and the City Recorder at the City Recorder’s Office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
