NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 27, 2018 to receive public comment on a request by Jacob Satterfield, representing Six Blue Bison, LLC for a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments and Development Agreement, known as the Sequoias Master Planned Community, on approximately 110 acres of land at approximately 3235 East 15780 South for the purpose of creating a new Master Planned Community zoning district in the Draper City Municipal Code and amending the zoning map on the subject property to the new Master Planned Community Zone and amending the Land Use Map to medium density and entering into a development agreement.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on September 27, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dan Boles at the Draper City offices, 576-6335.
