NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 13, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Ryan Simmons, representing the Boyer Compancy for a Text Amendment and Rezone, known as the 136 Center CSD Addition Text Amendment and Rezone, for the purpose of amending the 136 Center CSD zoning district to include an updated concept plan and overall acreage numbers and to add 1.73 acres of property into the zoning district.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on September 13, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
