NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on August 23, 2018 to receive public comment on a request by Dave Kallas representing Geneva Rock Products, Inc for a Text Amendment, Land Use Map Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment, and Development Agreement, known as the Geneva Rock Products Applications, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-13-080 in order to allow Basic Industry and Mineral Extraction as Permitted Uses within the M2 zone, to amend the Land Use Map from Residential Low/Medium Density to Industrial/Manufacturing and to amend the Zoning Map from A5 (Agricultural, 5 acre lot minimums) to M2 (Major Manufacturing) with a development agreement guaranteeing a conservation easement.
