REQUEST FOR BIDS
FOR THE 2024 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT
The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform asphalt pavement surface treatments, soft spot repairs, and related work on streets within Draper City as described in the project plans and specifications.
Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), purchasing.utah.gov on or before 5:00 PM Tuesday, May 14th, 2024. 5% Bid Bond will be required.
The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 28th, 2024. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented.
Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 5:00 PM Monday, May 27th, 2024.
The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
